郭羲
1966 年出生於台南，2004 畢業於東海大學美術系碩士學位，作品收藏於國美館藝術銀行 裡，也於高雄、台中、台北、廈門、及日本展出個展和聯展，獲獎次數不勝枚舉，如入選台灣公教美展國 畫、台中縣美展水墨類第一名、台中大墩美展膠彩類第三名、第一屆全國美術展銀牌。
擅以細膩筆法描繪萬物生靈的藝術家郭羲，將用色瑰麗華美的 金魚和花元素兩相結合，幻化成嶄新的有機品種，並讓魚的面部表情進一步擬人化，巧妙在寫實以及抽象隱 喻之間找到微妙平衡，營造出魔幻寫實氛圍。金魚的歷史一直以來伴隨著人類的文化發展演變而長存，在東 方文化中，更具有吉祥、瑞氣等象徵意涵，藝術家藉此代表人類對於生命中樂觀的想望，攜帶著人們的夢想 和願望游向當下遙遠的未來，觸動觀者內心共鳴。
Born in 1966 in Tainan, Guo Xi graduated in Tunghai University Department of Fine Arts with Master Degree in 2004.His works are collected in Art Bank of National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts and were exhibited by solo and group in Kaohsiung, Taichung, Taipei, Xiamen and Japan.
The artist Guo Xi, who is good at depicting all creatures with delicate brushwork, combines magnificent and gorgeous goldfish with floral elements to transform into a new organic species and further personify the fish’s facial expressions, cleverly based on realism and abstract metaphors to find a delicate balance between them, creating a magical and realistic atmosphere. The history of goldfish has been accompanied by the development and evolution of human culture. In Eastern culture, the meaning of its symbol is auspicious, by which artist represents optimistic hopes from human life and carries dream to confront the future as well as touching viewer's inner feeling.
