UNA URSPRUNG
許常郁
許常郁1985年出生於台北，現定居法國。
2007年國立台北藝術大學畢業後前往歐洲留學，2011年取得布列塔尼歐洲高等藝術學院碩士學位，獲法國國家高等藝術表現文憑，國家評委會最高榮譽。近年作品發表於歐洲各國，曾獲獎並參展於法國巴黎第五十七屆紅山當代藝術沙龍展，作品典藏藝術銀行、朱銘美術館等機構。
在法期間藝術家經常流連於各處森林，自然地成為她創作的靈感泉源，至2016年後旅居在依山傍水瑞士鄉間，寧靜的田園生活換來無以倫比的心靈富足。抽離沈重喧囂的凡塵外殼，許常郁的作品勾現出一種對生命本質的純然追求與理想狀態，在具象風景前漂浮的斑斕抽象色塊，轉瞬的筆觸變化為畫面加諸藝術家的感官投射。
Una Ursprung was born in Taipei in 1985 and is currently based in France.
Ursprung proceeded with her studies in Europe after graduating from the Taipei National University of the Arts in 2007 and received a master’s degree from the European Academy of Art in Brittany (École européenne supérieure d'art de Bretagne) in 2011. Ursprung is also the recipient of the Diplôme National Supérieur d'Expression Plastique, the highest honor awarded by the National Arts Councils and Culture Agencies. The artist’s recent works are showcased across Europe and were awarded and displayed at the 57th Salon D'art Contemporain de Montrouge in Paris and among the collection of venues including the Art Bank and the Juming Museum.
During her time in France, Ursprung often wanders amid different forests, which naturally become a source of inspiration. The artist moved to a Swiss countryside that is near both mountains and the water in 2016, and the tranquil pastoral life gave the artist an unprecedented sense of spiritual fulfillment. Having distanced herself from the cacophony of the world, Ursprung’s works often show a pure pursuit and ideal state of the essence of life; the abstract color blocks floating in front of the landscapes project the artist’s sensory experiences to the image.
