林俊彬
1981年出生彰化,2014年自台灣藝術大學雕塑學系碩士班畢業,現生活及創作於高雄。
林俊彬是運用鋼彈模型零件創作的第一人, 翻玩流行文化或藝術大師名作已成為他的代表標章。「鋼彈模型零件」是經由動漫賦予形象後產生市場價值,而林俊彬從既有的市場價值中再製,賦予它全新的藝術形象。創作理念來自普普藝術的現成物概念(ready-made),是將依資本主義邏輯生產的文化商品,轉化為藝術品,藉以召喚觀者的視覺文化經驗,進而錯置審美感受,引發觀者重新思考藝術的功能、脈絡的意義生產機制。林俊彬的作品深受海內外藏家與知名藝人喜愛,其大膽與深具個人風格的藝術表達方式,已在藝術市場獨樹一幟,更受邀至韓國、法國等地展覽。
Born in 1981, Lin Chun-Pin entered the Sculpture Department of National Taiwan University of Arts with excellent performance. Lin Chun-Pin was the first person who used the Gundam Model to create, it's his specialty to sample popular culture or art master's works. "Gundam Model Parts" was given market value by anime, and Lin Chun-Pin reproduced it and give it a new artistic image. His creative idea comes from the ready-made concept of pop art, which is to transform commodities produced according to capitalism into artworks. It is hoped that it can evoke the viewer's visual cultural experience, and then misplace the aesthetic feelings. His artworks have caused viewers to rethink the function of art and the production mechanism of context. Lin Chun-Pin's artworks are loved by well-known entertainers and collectors both at home and abroad. His bold and personal style of artistic expression has been unique in the art market, and he has also been invited to exhibit in Korea, France, and other places.
